Shipping policy

We do not offer international shipping.  Order processing for items that do not require personalization take 1-2 business days to process (Monday-Friday).  Order processing for personalized and custom items take 1-3 days to process (Monday-Friday).  You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.  We are not responsible for any delays with the USPS due to carrier issues, inclement weather or other factors out of our control. 

Processing includes making your products, labeling them, printing labels and packing products in the box securely. This timeframe does not include weekends or holidays or time in transit.

Shipping (time in transit) is typically 2-5 business days after processing. 

Total Shipping time = Processing time  (1-3 business days) + 2-5 business days shipping time.  If there are any unforeseen delays, we will notify you via email.

We ship all domestic orders via USPS. Our shipping rates are subject to change based on current carrier shipping costs. We ship orders Monday - Friday only.
